What should I be working on right now?
This question is fundamentally about value. In founding mode your work should either directly create value through your offer or indirectly support your ability to deliver, sustain, and grow that value over time. All other work risks becoming busy and can delay your arrival to the vision you imagine.
Short answer: Work that translates to value. Everything else delays the vision.
Is this the right direction for me?
Values are the things you are not willing to negotiate when making decisions about your business. They act as a filter when choices feel unclear or overwhelming. If a direction requires you to ignore, bend, or talk yourself out of what you say matters, that’s not confusion. It’s misalignment.
Short answer: Values are non-negotiable decision filters.
Why isn’t my work producing results?
If progress isn’t showing up, it's because the wrong problem is being addressed, work is happening out of sequence, or feedback is missing. In other cases, the work is sound but hasn’t yet reached the people it’s meant for. Addressing any or all of these components can lead to better outcomes.
Short answer: Results depend on work design and visibility.

What type of services does Blue Heron offer?
Blue Heron meets you where you are. We offer a full suite of strategic, on-demand tools and resources to support your founding journey. Founders never get too much support. So whether you need a quick strategy call, a deep-dive session to uncover your core strategic drivers, or help designing customer flow, we’ve got you. You can go solo with our tools or walk with us in partnership. It’s your call.
Do I need to schedule a call before purchasing a product or service?
Not at all. That said, we’re happy to hop on a quick call if you’d like some guidance before making a purchase. We don’t want you buying something that isn’t useful at your stage. Send us a quick text to connect at 217.776.9599 and we'll take it from there.
How do I access my products and services after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt and a second email with a link to the Customer Access Center. Upon logging in, this is where you gain access to your purchases. If you don’t see these emails right away, please check spam or junk folders, and be sure to whitelist us. Still stuck? Can I get support if I get stuck using one of your resources?
Absolutely. Just email [email protected] with a short note about where you're stuck, and include a good contact method. We’re here to help and happy to troubleshoot.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
Clarity if often the first win. Start with our Work page. It’s designed to help you figure out where you are, what kind of support you might need, and how we can meet you there. Still feeling unsure? Indigo, AI Strategy Officer is standing by to guide you.
Do I need a paid AI plan to use Indigo, Sage, or other AI TeamMate models?
You can try them on a free AI plan, but free accounts have strict daily limits and may stop you mid-conversation. To use Indigo, Sage, or any AI TeamMate without interruptions, you’ll need a paid tier level with your chosen AI platform (for example, ChatGPT Plus or Gemini Advanced). Paid tiers unlock more sessions, faster responses, and the ability to save and customize your own TeamMates. If you see a “limit reached” message, that comes from the platform — not from Indigo, Sage, or the TeamMate itself.
Can I create my own AI TeamMate?
Yes. You can create a custom AI TeamMate tailored specifically to your business needs and strategic goals. Our AI TeamMate models are designed to provide personalized guidance for founders, whether you need help with strategy, learning systems, or building your own skills.
