What types of services does Blue Heron offer?
Blue Heron meets you where you are. We offer a full suite of on-demand tools and resources to support every phase of your entrepreneurial journey. Founders never get too much support. So whether you need a quick strategy call, a deep-dive 4-hour session to uncover your core strategic drivers, or help building your full backend tech stack, we’ve got you. You can go solo with our tools or walk with us in partnership. It’s your call.
What’s the difference between Launch Lab and the Strategy Coaching offers?
Launch Lab is our intensive program designed to move your idea into execution. It combines strategic thinking with actionable support to build meaningful momentum. Strategy coaching is included within Launch Lab because it's essential, but it's also available on its own for those who want a focused check-in. Sometimes you just need a sounding board, a strategic lens, or someone to help you course-correct. Either way, you’ll get access to the Launch Integrity Workbook and a coach, cheerleader, and critical friend all in one.
Do I need to schedule a call before purchasing a product or service?
Not at all. You do you, Boo. That said, we’re happy to hop on a quick call if you’d like some guidance before making a purchase. We don’t want you buying something that isn’t useful at your stage. Shoot an email to [email protected], include your number and a good time to reach you and Rebecca will follow up directly.
How do I access the tools or courses after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt and a second email with a link to the Customer Access Center. Upon logging in, this is where you gain access to your purchases. If you don’t see these emails right away, please check spam or junk folders, and be sure to whitelist us. Still stuck? Email us at [email protected] or text/call +1 217-776-9599 and we’ll get you sorted.
Can I get support if I get stuck using a product or tool?
Absolutely. Just email [email protected] with a short note about where you're stuck, and include a good contact method. We’re here to help and happy to troubleshoot.
What if I’m not sure where to start?
You’re not alone — clarity is often the first win. Start with our Work page. It’s designed to help you figure out where you are, what kind of support you might need, and how we can meet you there. Still feeling unsure? Indigo (our CoachBot) is standing by to guide you.
